The MCHS Winterguard had our largest fundraiser for the band/guard program this past weekend and hosted over 70 teams at Mira Costa High School for the WGI Manhattan Beach Regional Championships with much success.
Our MCHS Varsity Winterguard team competed over two days with great success! We had our best score of the season this past weekend, advancing on to the second day of the competition, we had 31 teams in our division and had an impressive finish.
We were able to raise funds to assist the band/guard program and provide a great opportunity for our students and community members. So many people came out to support MCHS and we are beyond thankful. We could not have done this without all of our awesome band/guard volunteers but special thanks to Cori Rytz, our President of Winterguard/VP of Colorguard, she ran this whole show this past weekend and we are forever grateful to her.
