MCHS Stadium Winter Concert was a huge success! Blackouts and the cold could not stop us…

This year’s stadium concert is one that will go down in the record books. Our musicians proved just how talented they are. During the Wind Ensemble’s last song the stadium lights shut off, but that did not stop our young musicians. Just like Mr. Carlson teaches them, they did not stop playing. As parents used their phone flashlights to light their way the Wind Symphony band took their places. As the lights were still warming up the students started to play in the dark, just as the lights started to shine bright the song crescendo hit and it seemed like it was planned. Our musicians are so talented they can play in the dark!
